THE CREW HANDBOOK
Your Zymvio.
Step by step.
From your first login to your weekly pay. A guide to the tools in your worker account.
01 · Log in
Your manager sets up your worker account. You do not need a ChatGPT account.
- Open Zymvio.com and tap Crew login, or go directly to Zymvio.com/login. Choose English or Español.
- Enter the exact email and initial password your manager gave you, then tap Sign in. If you do not have login details, ask your manager to create your access.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the login page. If you can access the linked email inbox, open the reset link there. If you cannot access that inbox or the link does not arrive, contact your manager.
- The hiring form is for people interested in joining. Sending an application does not create a worker login.
02 · Set up your account
On your first visit, the welcome card walks you through four steps.
- Choose your language, set a personal password of at least 10 characters, add your display name or photo, and choose your crew settings.
- Enter the new password twice so both entries match. Keep it private. You can change it later in Account.
- Profile changes and your birthday are optional. You can use Finish later and return to Account to update your details.
03 · Choose a week & view your tasks
Use the week picker at the top of your dashboard. The selected week controls your activity and earnings.
- Review Your completed tasks and Task breakdown to see recorded quantities by task type. Payroll weeks run Monday through Sunday.
- Tasks by price shows quantities, rates and gross totals when price details are available. Bird overdue markers appear when recorded.
- If the page is empty, check the selected week first. Your manager imports or records the work; the worker portal does not automatically pull new tasks from Lime or Bird.
- Workers cannot edit task counts or pay rates. For a missing or incorrect entry, contact your manager with the week, task type and quantity.
04 · Understand your pay & download receipts
Your weekly earnings shows your net pay and any available gross earnings, account fee and transfer fee.
- Estimate: the amount can change before approval. Approved: the manager has finalized that week’s payout. Paid: the manager marked it paid; this label is not a live confirmation from your bank.
- Pending means payroll details are still needed. A dash or No recorded pay means no amount is available for that week.
- Select the right week, then tap Download pay receipt (PDF). Open the file from your browser’s downloads or phone files. The receipt uses your selected language.
- If the download button is disabled, there are no pay or task records available for that week.
05 · Ask about a payment
Use Question about my pay below your weekly earnings for a question tied to a specific week.
- Choose the week first. Open Question about my pay, describe what Alex should check, and tap Send question. English or Spanish is welcome.
- Your note is private between you and Alex. You can have one open regular question for a week; check Waiting for review or Reviewed for its status.
- Reviewed means the note was reviewed, not necessarily that the pay amount changed. Use Messages if you need to follow up or send a photo.
06 · Message Alex & send photos
Tap Messages in the top bar to open your private conversation with Alex.
- Type your message and tap Send message. You can attach one photo, send text only, or send a photo with a message.
- Use Attach photo, check the preview, and remove it before sending if it is the wrong image. If a photo will not open, try JPG, PNG or WebP under 20 MB.
- Sent and Seen show the message status. Use Older messages and Latest messages to move through the conversation. Tap a photo to enlarge it.
- This is your conversation with Alex, not a crew-wide chat. Other workers cannot see your messages or attached photos.
07 · Read announcements & notifications
Crew announcements contains notices shared with your city or the whole crew.
- Open Crew announcements, read the notice, then tap I’ve read this to acknowledge it. An updated notice may ask you to acknowledge it again.
- Use the notification bell at the top for available updates, including messages, announcements and pay approval or payment status. Tap an update to open the related item.
08 · Enable optional phone alerts
Open Account → Phone alerts. Alerts are optional and depend on your device, permissions and connection.
- If your browser supports alerts, tap Enable phone alerts and allow notifications. Choose private messages, pay approved or marked paid, and important crew announcements, then save your preferences.
- If you see the iPhone/iPad home-screen instruction, use Share → Add to Home Screen. Open Zymvio from that icon, return to Account and enable alerts there.
- Save alert preferences after changing language to update your alert language. Preferences apply across your enabled devices; signing out turns off alerts on that device.
- If alerts are blocked, check browser or phone notification settings. The in-site bell still shows updates even when phone alerts are off.
09 · Manage your profile & podium privacy
Account contains your display name, profile photo, password, crew settings and phone alerts.
- Weekly podium shows the top three task totals. Your crew rank shows your position across cities for the selected week.
- In Crew settings, choose whether to Show my name on the crew podium and enter the public name you want to use. Otherwise, coworkers see only your city and task count when you place.
- Your optional birthday is visible only to you and your manager. Your personal pay breakdown is not shown to coworkers.
- Use Sign out when you finish on a shared device.
10 · Other tools & quick troubleshooting
Some tools appear only when they apply to your account.
- If Try your workspace on your phone appears, follow its checklist: check earnings, open your PDF receipt, and send Alex the test pay question.
- The Click here $40 lunch option is a joke and completely optional. Opening it does not charge you. If Zelle details are configured, any real transfer happens separately in your banking app.
- Wrong week or missing numbers? Check the week selector, refresh once, then message Alex with the details. Trouble logging in? Check the email your manager assigned and use the password recovery option if you can access that inbox.
Rewards · Weekly bonus
Open Rewards from your workspace to see the company-wide weekly draw.
- The published prize is normally $100; holiday weeks may offer more. All cities and providers compete together.
- The top five workers by approved task count enter automatically. Ties use a recorded random tie-break. Each finalist has one free entry and a 20% chance.
- Positions are provisional until payroll approval. At least five eligible workers are required. The owner records the draw after the week ends.
- Check Rewards for the winner and bonus status. The bonus is separate from task pay and must be approved and paid by the owner.
Help · Ask Zymvio
Use Ask Zymvio from your dashboard or Help in the bottom navigation on your phone.
- Choose a suggested question or type your own in English or Spanish. The dashboard opens help for your selected week.
- When AI is connected, it uses the worker guide and your own weekly totals. It cannot view other workers’ accounts, change pay, or send messages.
- If AI is not connected or temporarily unavailable, matching guide sections are shown instead. These are guide excerpts, not AI answers.
- Check important pay details with Alex. Never enter passwords or banking details. Questions and selected-week totals are sent to OpenAI when AI is enabled.
